Maggie Suisman
Guest Illustrator

Maggie Suisman
creates art and illustration that carries a social, political
and environmentally-conscious message. In short, Maggie's the
kind of person who cares about things, a person who wants you
to care about things but won't neccessarily make you feel bad
for not caring about things. She's a teacher at something
like three high school, after-school programs and on the weekends
she also fights crime.
Maggie's
artwork has been exhibited both in San Francisco and New York,
while her illustrations have appeared in The New York Times
Book Review, the Indypendent, The Brooklyn Review, Isthmus Books
Quarterly, Rochester City Paper, Visual Resistance and
Art Director's Club 84th Awards Annual.
